Tecnicomar TCA activated carbon filters effectively remove contaminants and impurities present in water such as chlorine, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and sediments.
Chlorine is irritating to the skin and respiratory system: with the installation of TCA dechlorination filters, the difference in the shower or in the preparation of food and drinks is immediately evident. Through continuous use, filtered water is safe, odorless and has a better taste.
If the water used for backwashing does not contain chlorine, it is recommended to install a UV sterilizer after the activated carbon filter to perfectly disinfect the water.
